Join us for an interactive and inspiring group childbirth workshop.  Pregnant participants will learn the stages of labor, know when to go to the hospital, practice coping techniques, explore pain management options and more.  This is a quick class for busy folks and is ideal for pregnant people in their second or third trimesters who are birthing for the first time or who are in need of a refresher course.  Single mothers and couples are welcome.  Preparing for Childbirth is taught by JCC Harlem partner Naima Beckles - birth expert, doula, and co-owner of For Your Birth.
